Full automated EDI flow between your ERP system and business partners. The typical case for companies that exchange tens of thousands of documents every month with suppliers and customers across different standards (e-SLOG, UBL, Peppol BIS, EDIFACT).

With electronic exchange there is no need to install any special client, so implementing universal standard documents incurs no one-off costs for software installation or reinstallation. Likewise, activation of new universal standard documents is free — no charge for document conversions and none for software maintenance.
02B) Web access — document exchange through the portal
The REDOK Web EDI portal suits partners who don’t need full ERP integration — for example smaller suppliers we need to onboard into the EDI flow of large retail chains or public contracting authorities. You log in through the browser and create, sign and submit documents through the portal.

03C) Sending electronic invoices to email or UJP
The simplest package — for companies that need to send e-invoices to the public sector (UJP) or to their business partners via email in the e-SLOG 2.0 format. No ERP integration — you upload or create invoices in the REDOK portal, and we take care of correct delivery.

04Frequently asked questions about pricing
Are prices stated with VAT?
No. All quoted prices are in EUR, net of VAT. For Slovenian legal entities 22% VAT is charged. For companies outside Slovenia the reverse-charge mechanism rules apply.
Which package do I need?
Choose Connect if you exchange structured documents (e-invoices, purchase orders, despatch advices…) with more than one partner and want automated integration with your ERP system. Web access suits you if you have lower volume or occasional documents and don’t need ERP integration. Sending to email / UJP is for companies whose main need is sending invoices to the public sector or to business email addresses.
Is the e-archive included in the price?
Yes. The 10-year statutory e-archive is included in every package — the subscription covers storage, integrity seals and sub-second search. No per-document fee and no cap on the number of users who access the archive.
Is setup charged for standard documents?
No. Activation of universal standard documents (e-SLOG 2.0, Peppol BIS 3.0, UBL 2.1) is free — no charge for document conversions or software maintenance. The one-off fee of €300 applies only to automatic reading of PDF documents (when you need OCR for incoming scanned invoices).
Can I switch packages mid-contract?
Yes. From Web access you can always move up to Connect — the portion of the subscription already used is recalculated and credited toward the new contract. Moving from Connect down to Web access is not the standard path, since it naturally means a reduction in volume, but it is permitted by agreement.
What happens if I stop using REDOK?
Your data remains yours. If the contract is terminated you receive an export of the entire e-archive (a zip with XML + PDF/A-3 + integrity hashes) at no charge. The monthly subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
