We believe business-to-business operations should not depend on paper, email and manual rekeying of numbers. Our mission is for every document that does actual work between two Slovenian companies — purchase order, despatch advice, invoice, payment — to travel structured, validated and verified, with no human intervention except where it genuinely adds value.
REDOK is the infrastructure that sits between ERP systems, UJP, the European Peppol network, and trading partners. Customers don’t need to see us while it works — and that’s exactly why it matters to them.

We measure ourselves by what our customers see every day: how many years we’ve stood behind our promises, how many are with us, how many documents we move through the network, and how much of that time the service runs.
03Our story
1989 — the Megatrend group begins operating in the region. From the very start, Megatrend Redok is the B2B/EDI specialisation inside the group — focused on the electronic exchange of business documents between large retailers and their suppliers. At a time when the internet was still a luxury, we were already exchanging EDIFACT messages over VANs (Value-Added Networks).
2000s — expansion into FMCG, distribution and pharma. Megatrend Redok becomes synonymous with reliable B2B exchange in the region. We join EEDIN (the European E-Invoicing & E-Business Service Providers Association) as one of its founders and become part of a European network that today covers more than 30 countries.
2008 — REDOK crystallises as the brand identity out of our specialised B2B/EDI department. The substance of the business and the team are a continuation of Megatrend’s history — REDOK is simply a clearer external name for the same service.
2010s — we move the platform from an on-premise VAN to a cloud SaaS. We launch the Web EDI portal for small suppliers, an e-archive for statutory retention, certify under ISO 27001 (Bureau Veritas) and become a Peppol Access Point.
The Slovenian operation — REDOK EDI d.o.o. is an independent legal entity headquartered in Ljubljana, providing local service, support and helpdesk to Slovenian customers, while we share the platform, certificates and know-how with the wider regional Megatrend Redok / OMNIZON Networks group.
2020s — e-SLOG 2.0 and mandatory B2G/B2B e-exchange have put the e-invoice at the heart of every company. REDOK has transitioned from an "EDI specialist" into an "operator of national e-business infrastructure". Today we are part of the OMNIZON Networks group — the regional umbrella brand above Megatrend Redok and REDOK EDI d.o.o. — and we continue to invest in automation, AI-assisted validation, and an open API.
04What we do
REDOK is a single platform with several interconnected modules. Most customers start with one (e.g. e-invoice for e-SLOG) and very quickly extend the rest of their process onto the same infrastructure.
EDI
Classic EDI exchange in EDIFACT, X12 and UBL formats. Receipt, validation, transformation and routing between the customer’s ERP and their trading partners.
E-Invoice
e-SLOG 2.0 invoices per EN 16931, UBL 2.1 and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0. Direct link to UJP, automatic EOR/ZOI, validation before sending.
e-Archive
Statutory archive of business documents for 10+ years, with integrity seals, indexing and sub-second search. ISO 27001 certified storage.
Web EDI portal
For suppliers without their own ERP. Receive purchase orders and confirm despatch advices through the browser, no installation. Ideal for small partners of large retailers.
ASN despatch
Advance Shipping Notice — a DESADV message bound to the physical delivery, with SSCC codes and barcodes for logistics scanning at goods-in.
Peppol Access Point
Certified entry to the European Peppol network — invoices, orders and catalogues exchanged with more than 1 million endpoints across the EU/EEA. DBNAlliance ready.

Who validates us
REDOK is certified and accredited by key European and regional bodies:
- ISO 27001 — information security, certified by Bureau Veritas. Annual audit, a documented ISMS, continuous risk assessment.
- Peppol Access Point — official operator in the European Peppol network, certified by OpenPeppol AISBL.
- EEDIN — founder (European E-Invoicing & E-Business Service Providers). REDOK is one of the founding members and actively participates in the working groups. More: EEDIN LinkedIn group.
- DBNAlliance — Digital Business Networks Alliance, a global interop framework. REDOK is integrated with the DBNA network for cross-border exchange.
06The team behind REDOK
REDOK is run by a small, stable team with decades of experience in the EDI/e-invoicing domain. Most team members have been with REDOK for 10+ years — a hallmark you rarely see in the SaaS world.
Head of projects at REDOK EDI in Ljubljana — a long-time professional and technical perfectionist. His collaboration with the group goes back to 2014, when he took over EDI sales, installation and support on the Slovenian market. He leads technical and commercial operations, advises customers and coordinates the team with the technical leadership at Redok Croatia.
Authorised signatory (prokurist) of REDOK EDI d.o.o. in Ljubljana and a member of the Croatian sister company Omnizon Systems d.o.o. — the connecting figure between the Slovenian and Croatian operations of the group. Together with the director he signs the company’s key contracts and legal documents, and is actively involved in the group’s strategic decisions.
Employed at REDOK EDI d.o.o. since January 2019 as a customer-support specialist and account manager for EDI/RIP solutions — he answers enquiries by phone, email and web channels, monitors system operation and prepares offers for new customers.
07Our partners and customers
The REDOK network is used today by leading Slovenian retailers, distributors, manufacturers and service providers — from large retail chains and pharmaceutical distributors down to small family businesses that send 10-15 invoices a month via the Web EDI portal.
We work with ERP integrators (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Pantheon, Vasco, Birokrat, SAOP) so that connecting REDOK to your existing system is usually a matter of days, not months. We have ready-made connectors and reference implementations for every major ERP platform in Slovenia.
